Returns & Shipping Policy
Our aim is to make sure you are totally satisfied with your order and offer a 60 day return window for our Pelvic Pain Slave products.
If you have any problems or questions, please email us at email@example.com and we will do everything we can to make your Sanguin experience, a positive one.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your Pelvic Pain Salve, please fill out the return form below we’ll initiate your return and send you a return shipping label.
Please note: Items sent back to us without first completing our return form will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so we may arrange a replacement or merchandise credit. Damaged items must be reported within 72 hours of order delivery.
Please note Sanguin Inc. will not be responsible for packages that may have been lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
Once we’ve received your returned item, your refund will be automatically be applied to your original payment method and you will receive an email confirming that your return has been processed. Please remember it can take several days time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
All orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days from when the order is placed. Orders placed over the weekend typically do not ship until the following business day. Multiple orders will be processed in the order in which they were received.
